After researching scalp micropigmentation for several years, John finally pulled the trigger and booked his SMP treatment sessions with us in April 2024.
John is from St Albans, close to our old location, but he was happy to travel to our new clinic just up the road in Bedfordshire. After looking at all his options he was adamant he wanted to come to us, and so would have travelled regardless of the distance.
John’s requirements were actually very straightforward, although we did have to work around some sun damage on his scalp. We see this type of thing all the time though, so it didn’t phase our artist Craig at all. It was simply something he had to factor into John’s treatment plan.
Mandeep, 38

Mandeep came to Scalp Micro UK in April 2024, travelling from St Albans for his consultation. He actually found us through his wife, who had been researching different scalp micropigmentation providers in the area and was dissatisfied with the options available in St Albans.
Due to his busy schedule, nailing Mandeep down to specific appointments was challenging so we agreed to spread his sessions over a longer period of time to accommodate his needs. Thankfully, this approach does not compromise the outcome in any way, and actually provided Craig with better insight as to how Mandeep’s pigmentation was settling over a longer period of time.
After three sessions, Mandeep’s SMP treatment was complete and he is very satisfied with the outcome.
